A stint at Oxford University instilled in debut author Jillian Kent a love of England and all things Austen. It is therefore no surprise Jillian’s debut novel, Secrets of the Heart (Realms) is set in the Regency period, the first story in the Ravensmoore Chronicles.

Jillian Kent is a full-time counselor for nursing students and has a masters degree in social work. Fascinated with human behavior and how minds work, she thought it would be interesting to explore what might have happened in a lunatic asylum in Regency England -- which led to her debut novel, Secrets of the Heart (Ravensmoore Chronicles #1).
