Victoria Bylin
Victoria Bylin is a 2010 ACFW Carol Award finalist and an RWA Rita finalist. Her emotional westerns focus on the popular themes of family, redemption and second chances. Vicki really does believe in “happily ever after.” She and her husband have been married forever and currently live in Lexington, Kentucky.
